Can I make any customisations?

Does my order delivery include tracking?

Yes, all orders will include tracking details. You will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used on the Royal Mail/UPS website.

  

What if my order gets damaged in transit?

We carefully check all orders before shipping, but in the rare event that your print is damaged, we offer replacements on a case-by-case basis.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order has been lost but has been marked as delivered and there is supporting evidence (photograph/GPS location) signifying it has been delivered to the correct address, we will contact the relevant shipping provider and conduct an investigation before a resolution can be met.

 

Do the Nikkah Certificates serve as official nikkah documentation?

While our certificates are primarily designed for decorative and commemorative purposes, they can indeed fulfil the role of official documentation if you include the Mahr in the additional notes area and select the 6-signature option, complete with witnesses and officiant. 

 

Can I download the prints digitally?

No, we do not offer digital copies of our prints. We design all prints in-house and prefer to not distribute them digitally as it is difficult to control their usage.

   

Do you offer foiled prints?

Yes, we have a variety of foiled prints and are constantly adding new designs. Currently all foiled prints are only available in A3, A4 and A5.

 

Do the prints come with frames?

No, frames can purchased separately either along with the prints or from the frames page.
