14-Day Return Period

When purchasing non-custom products from Ayah Designs, customers have a 14-day return period. This means you may return your order in the same condition it was delivered within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Return shipping label is not provided or covered by Ayah Designs.

Damages and Issues

  • We're here to help if something isn't right with your order.

  • Please check your items when they arrive and let us know within 3 days of delivery if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our team will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

    To ensure we can assist effectively, any problems must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Lost deliveries:
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please provide supporting evidence (e.g., courier tracking or GPS location). We will contact the relevant shipping provider and conduct an investigation before resolving the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products (special orders or personalised items) are non-refundable.

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Delivery Delays

We understand that timely delivery is essential. While we strive to deliver every order on schedule, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Refunds will not be provided for delayed deliveries.

  • Our team will make every effort to minimise delays and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy balances customer needs with order processing costs:

  • Contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.

  • A 20% cancellation fee applies if cancelled immediately.

  • If drafts or previews have been sent, a 35% cancellation fee applies.

  • Once an order has been confirmed and printed, we’re unable to offer cancellations.

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have (following the return process above).

  2. Make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
